Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping (U.S.)
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days
Shipping time starts after the order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
International shipping
International deliveries typically take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Free shipping & promotions
We may offer promotional free shipping for eligible orders. Promotion details (minimum order, shipping regions) will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Returns & refunds — simple and fair
We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (see exceptions below).
Return conditions
- Items must be in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).
- Returns for change-of-mind are accepted within 30 days; the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- To qualify for a refund under our 90-day guarantee (comparable product claim), please follow the instructions below and provide proof of purchase and the comparable product details.
How to start a return
- Contact us at support@alandleo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) if needed.
- Pack the item securely, include the order number, and ship to the address we provide.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damages & incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@alandleo.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
